From Chiroulet, a highly aromatic 🌸💣 from Gascony; the always delightful Labranche Laffont from Jurançon, a concentrated elixir full of 🍐🍯 and green almonds; Domaine Brin’s tannic 🍊Mauzac Maceration and magical magnum of Merlot and Duras, Abracadabrin 🪄🎩🐰. At some point this week all of these will be available by the glass, swing by and see what we’ve got open today! ❄️🍷

Thursdays and Fridays is Au Jus day! @preservation_meat_collective shaved eye round roast beef, angostura pickled onions, horseradish mayo and a hot lil cup of veal consommé 🐄 ☕️
