Back row l-r: Frosalía, our frosé fortified with piquillo pepper vodka, guava and pastis; the Gazpacho Mary, light, vegetal and spicy, served with gin or vodka and a fino sherry-pickled cuke; Gilda Radner, a briny, salty Martini with vodka, gin, dry sherry and piparra brine, with a piparra and Spanish white anchovy-stuffed Gordal olive; our new and improved (ie larger) Suze-Tonic; and Shandy, You’re A Fine Girl, the radler of your dreams with Estrella Galicia lager, Moscatel sherry and grapefruit. From Chiroulet, a highly aromatic 🌸💣 from Gascony; the always delightful Labranche Laffont from Jurançon, a concentrated elixir full of 🍐🍯 and green almonds; Domaine Brin’s tannic 🍊Mauzac Maceration and magical magnum of Merlot and Duras, Abracadabrin 🪄🎩🐰. At some point this week all of these will be available by the glass, swing by and see what we’ve got open today! ❄️🍷

Last year was so much fun we’re doing it again! Drink specials and a Champagne toast at 3pm PST (midnight Paris Time). So excited to be doing this with our buds from @spiribam and @vehrsinc!
